• Retainer Clients: Clients under a retainer agreement may cancel their contract by providing a 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
• Project-Based Engagements: Once a Statement of Work (SOW) or project contract is signed and the project has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for partial completion unless specifically negotiated and agreed in writing.
• Advance Payments: Payments made in advance for consultation slots, design sprints, or workshops are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by Arbot Ventures.

Arbot Ventures retains full discretion to determine eligibility for refunds in all cases.

• Delivery Timelines: Project timelines and delivery schedules are defined in the scope of work or retainer agreement. These are tracked via collaborative tools with regular client updates.
• Communication: All delivery confirmations, revisions, and discussions will be maintained via official email or agreed platforms.
